Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Abbotsford BC, Canada.

How long does shipping take?

Most items can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after purchase. We will send you tracking information via email.

The delivery time may be longer during busy periods such as the holiday season and black friday.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canadian and USA addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

What shipping companies do you ship with?

We can send any transport company at the discretion of our customers. Delivery is paid additionally based on the price of the transport company you have chosen.

RETURNS

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If a refund is initiated, we'll send you a prepaid shipping document. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note :

  • Items sent back without our prepaid shipping document may incur additional costs (customs) these costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Used Parts Return Policy

Used parts are final sales. You have 15 days to notify us if there is a problem with a parts. After this period, no refund or exchange will be accepted.

Damages and issues

If, however, you unfortunately received a damaged product, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide us with adequate and satisfactory proof evidencing that the item arrived damaged. Any modification to your car can void the warranty. We are not responsible for it. However you can easily take out the module before visiting your dealer.

Non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to arrange return terms with us for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not refund shipping fees.

Programmable Used Parts

westbrookparts.com is not responsible for the programming of used parts. The customer must ensure that they are able to program the used part. No returns will be accepted.
